Online Booking System - A Guide

From August 2014 we have adopted a more practical booking system to organise the classes, groups and workshops held in the classroom.

In this post, you will learn how to proceed when booking your classes online and you can also find out more about this great feature in the Q&A just below the instructions.

1) Visit the page:

2) Click on SERVICES (on the left hand panel, under “about us”)


3) Now you can see the types of classes offered. Please click on the button (right side) of the type of class you wish to book. See the picture below


4) If you want to book a class of 60’ , simply click on the BOOK button that is in line with the category


5) A calendar will pop up and now you can choose the day and time of your preference. The days marked in green are the ones with available time for the class you chose. Click on your preferred day and you will see on the right hand side the time (or times) available on that day.

Select the time you want your class to start and hit NEXT (bottom right in the pop up window)


6) Now, fill in the form on the next screen, select “remember me” and agree with the cancellation policy (the same you have in your contract). After that, click CONFIRM.


That is all you need to do.

A confirmation email will be sent to you, stating the day and time of the class you booked. You will also

receive a text reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment.


Q&A Booking System

1- What if I need to cancel a class that I have booked myself?

If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so by clicking on CANCEL APPOINTMENT option that you will find in the confirmation email sent to you. This is the only way you can cancel your class electronically. Alternatively, you can always call the classroom on 0800 970 8686 and speak to Cristiane.

2 - Can I change the date/time of a class I had booked?

You cannot change the date or time, however you can always cancel your class and book a new day/time. To do this, you need to follow the steps on question 1.

3- Can I stop the text reminders that are sent to my mobile?

Sure! Just speak to Cristiane on 0800 970 8686 and she will opt you out from this great feature immediately.

4 - I am part of a group class. Do I need to confirm my attendance every class?

No, students who are part of a group - be the group private or public, do not need to book or confirm their attendance. However, you will receive a kind reminder text message and email.

5 - Will I be charged if I fail to cancel a class which will be due in less than 24 hours?

Yes. Unfortunately classes cancelled within our 24 hours policy (stated in the contract you have signed when you joined your classes) will be considered as complete and you will forfeit the fee paid.

6 - Will I be charged if I text/email my teacher cancelling my class which is due in less than 24 hours?

Yes. Class cancellations made within the 24 hours policy will be charged.

7- I have a good reason for cancelling my class in a short notice. Will I be still charged?

We ask all students to act sensibly in relation to class cancellations. The teacher's time is precious, especially in peak times like early mornings, lunch time and early evenings. The classroom schedule changes daily as a result of students modifying their class times and any iddle time resulting from a short notice cancellation brings a loss of revenue that the teacher cannot make it up and it also prevents other students from using that time slot if needed.

We kindly ask students to understand this and assume that all cancellations within the 24 hours policy - being it for whatever reason, will be charged.

8 - I booked a place at your workshop, but I am not a current student of your courses. Will I still be charged the full fee if I don't turn up on the day?

Yes. From now on we only accept bookings upon the full payment of the workshop fee (£12), therefore if you fail to attend the session you will not have your fee refunded.

9 - I am not a current student, but would like to book a FREE consultation class. How should I proceed?

To book a FREE consultation class, proceed as the instructions above and choose "Free Consulation Class" option on the Services Menu. You should then choose a day and time of your convenience and submit.

10 - Why do I need to leave my email and telephone number?

This is necessary in case we need to get in touch with you and also to send you reminders as your appointment day approaches.
