Portuguese Speaking Practice for beginners (A1)

Why you should take part :

This workshop is aimed at A1 beginner students who feel they could do with an extra "push" to help consolidate some of the most relevant communicative functions seen in the A1 course.

What you will practise:

• exchanging personal information such as: name, age, nationality, residence, profession, family etc
• expressing likes and dislikes
• speaking about your routine activities.

Spoken exercise drills prompted by the teacher.

You can join this virtual workshop using your laptop/desktop or tablet and even your mobile phone!

1. Choose your preferred workshop and purchase a ticket.
2. You don’t need to download any App or software - A few days before the workshop takes place, you will receive a link via email that will take you directly to the ZOOM room.
3. On the day of the workshop, click the link you received  5 minutes before the event commences and that’s all!

Students are free to choose whether they want to participate in the speaking exercises during the session or if they prefer to just attend the session as an observer.   Those who want to make the most of the session, must ensure their devices have a microphone and camera.  Likewise, should a student prefer not to open their camera and microphone, this is absolutely not a problem.
