I am so excited to share the incredible results of the 2024 Vocabulary Competitions!

A1/A2 Tier Winners
Our beginner students shined brightly in their tier:
1st Place: Kristian W. with an impressive 320 points – what an incredible effort!
2nd Place: Jane M.with a brilliant 285 points – well done!
3rd Place: Barbara T. with 270 points – fantastic work!
Honourable Mention: Matt R. with 230 points – great determination!
B1 Tier Winners
The advanced group tackled more challenging categories, and the results were outstanding:
1st Place: D. Eva with an extraordinary 405 points, the highest score across all tiers – truly exceptional!
2nd Place: Claire W. with an impressive 390 points – so close to the top spot!
3rd Place: Nick W. with 385 points – excellent effort!
4th Place: David W. with 380 points – almost a tie for third place!

Why These Competitions Matter
These word games are not only fun but also an excellent way to improve vocabulary and language skills. By participating, students expand their word banks, practise creative thinking, and engage in friendly competition that motivates them to excel. It’s a win-win for everyone involved!
Looking Ahead
I am already planning the 2025 Vocabulary Competition, starting in August. Expect new categories, exciting challenges, and even more fantastic prizes.
