Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions – A1 Intensive Course By subscribing to the A1 Intensive Course, you agree to the following terms: 1. Cancellations & Rescheduling Lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time via the booking system in your Members Area. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited and non-refundable. Lessons must be rescheduled within the same calendar week. If you are unable to study 4 lessons in a given week, we recommend cancelling your subscription and reactivating it when your schedule allows. 2. Subscription Terms Payments are charged weekly and continue automatically until the end of the 17-week course or until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds will be issued for any undelivered lessons that fall outside the 24-hour cancellation window. 3. Lesson Usage The course includes 4 live online lessons per week. If more than 2 lessons are carried over into the following week (adding to the planned 4), your subscription will be paused until all pending lessons are completed. This ensures a consistent pace and avoids lesson overload. 4. Technical Requirements Students must ensure a stable internet connection and access to Zoom with a working webcam and microphone. 5. Attendance & Punctuality Please be on time. The teacher will wait for up to 10 minutes; after this, the lesson is forfeited. 6. Missed Weeks & Teacher Cancellations If you know you’ll be unavailable for a full week (e.g., due to travel), cancel your subscription in advance and restart it when you're ready. In the rare case that your teacher cancels a lesson, it will be rescheduled at your convenience. 7. Learning Materials You will follow a set coursebook, which must be purchased separately. 8. Recordings Recording lessons is not permitted without prior written authorisation from the teacher.
