This complete A1–A2 preparation course runs from May to October 2026 and is ideal for absolute beginners or those looking to consolidate their basic Portuguese before sitting the exam. Over the course of 20 weeks, you'll receive 120 hours of live tuition, with lessons held three times per week (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays), each lasting 2 hours with a short break included. Lessons are taught in small online groups (maximum of 6 students), ensuring personal attention and plenty of speaking time—it often feels like private tuition. Cancellation Policy
Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - Free Cancellations & Rescheduling (24+ Hours Before the Lesson) Students can cancel or reschedule their lessons for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. This must be done independently via the booking facility on the website or app. - Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours Before the Lesson) No rescheduling is allowed within 24 hours of the lesson. If a student cancels within 24 hours, the lesson fee is forfeited. No free cancellation or credit is available. To cancel within this period, students must contact me via WhatsApp or email (preferably both). Do not leave a voicemail—my voicemail is not monitored. - Refunds & Lesson Credits Students can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund if they cancel more than 24 hours before the lesson. Alternatively, the paid lesson can be used as credit for the next calendar month. Paid lessons must be used within 60 days of purchase. Any unused lessons after 60 days will be forfeited. (This is non-negotiable.) If a student needs to pause their lessons for any reason, a refund can be arranged for unused lessons. - Exceptional Circumstances In genuine emergencies, I may allow a reschedule at my discretion. Traffic delays and last-minute changes in plans are not considered exceptional circumstances. - Course Payments & Refunds If a student withdraws mid-course, a refund will be issued for any unused lessons. No refund will be given if a student drops out in the final month of the course.
